Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Gradulo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Gradulo is an AI-powered educational tutoring platform designed to help children learn and practice curriculum-aligned content. Our services include:
- Adaptive quizzes and learning exercises
- AI tutoring and explanations
- Progress tracking and reporting for parents
- Worksheet grading and feedback
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if under 18
- Not share your account credentials with others
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for your child's use of the Service.

Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The same policy applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions:
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings
- You will retain access to the Service until your current billing period ends
- You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods
- No refunds or partial refunds are provided for any unused portion of your subscription

Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

Our AI-powered tutoring is designed to supplement, not replace, traditional education and professional instruction.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gradulo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
