Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with Gradulo. If it's not the right fit for your family, you can cancel your subscription at any time. This policy explains exactly what happens when you cancel.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, log in to your Gradulo account and go to Account Settings → Subscription. Your cancellation will take effect immediately.

Cancellation Policy

Whether you're on a monthly or yearly plan, the same policy applies:

Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any point during your billing period—no questions asked.

Keep access until period ends: After cancellation, you'll retain full access to Gradulo until the end of your current billing period (month or year).

No future charges: Once you cancel, you won't be billed again. Your subscription simply won't renew.

No refunds: We do not provide refunds or partial refunds for any unused portion of your subscription. You'll continue to have access until your billing period ends.

Free Trial Cancellation

If you're on a free trial and decide Gradulo isn't right for you:

  • Cancel before your trial ends to avoid being charged
  • No payment information is required to start a trial
  • If you added payment info, simply cancel before the trial expires

What Happens to Your Data

After your subscription ends:

  • Your account and learning data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe
  • After 30 days, you can request permanent deletion of your data by contacting support
  • If you resubscribe within 30 days, your progress and learner profiles will be restored

Resubscribing

Changed your mind? You're always welcome back:

  • You can resubscribe at any time from your account settings
  • If you resubscribe within 30 days, your previous progress will be restored
  • New subscription terms and pricing will apply at the time of resubscription
